Grades 1, 3, 4, and 5 use “Alive in Christ” by Our Sunday Visitor
“Alive in Christ” offers engaging lessons that lead young disciples to higher levels of moral thinking and a deeper initiation into a life of prayer. Through exploration, discovery, and decision-making, children are invited to accept the challenge to follow Jesus and learn and practice the skills needed to be active disciples.
Grade 2 uses "Renewed and Received" by Ascension PressWith Renewed and Received, we channel children's innate curiosity and energy into a lifelong and lasting love for the Sacraments. With powerful live-action videos that powerfully illustrate invisible spiritual realities, we work with children's imaginations to show them how real Faith is in their lives. Children stay moving throughout the sessions and lesson plans feature activities for all learning styles.
