This is a wonderful time in your life and we at Our Lady of Victory Parsih want to do our best to get you ready for your wedding day and a lifetime of love in the Sacrament of Marriage.  Sacraments are the doors to the sacred; through which we are touched and graced in a special and unique way.  The Sacrament of Marriage is such a door that two walk through in the presence of family, friends and their faith community.
     In Christian marriage, spouses model the love and self-gift of Christ.  By giving of themselves and serving one another, their family, and community, they help one another live out Christ's call to discipleship, love, and service.  Marriage provides a foundation for a family committed to community, solidarity, and Jesus' mission in the world.
    If you grew up at Our Lady of Victory then you are truly blessed to celebrate your wedding in the church where you and your family have worshipped at so often.  If you are new to the parish-- WELCOME!  We are glad you decided to make Our Lady of Victory your faith community.  The information here includes basic parish guidelines about our marriage preparation program and planning forms for the actual ceremony.  
     Please call the Parish Office at (248) 349-2621 to set up an initial meeting time, minimally six months in advance, to prepare for and schedule your wedding.  We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!
